How do I know if my order has placed?

Upon completion of your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. If you did not receive your email confirmation, please check your spam folder. If you did not receive it at all, please email us at info@ezzriga.nl and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.

 

How do I change my order?

After you have completed the order it is unfortunately not possible to change your order. You cannot add or cancel products after your order.

 

What are the shipping costs?

Orders under €100 in the Netherlands  €4,99
Orders under €100 in Belgium  €9,00

Orders under €200 in France  €4,99

Orders under €200 in Germany  €4,99

How long will my shipment take?

Free shipping on all Dutch orders over €100. Orders are shipped the next business day. As soon as your order leaves our location, it will be at your door within 3-5 working days.

*Delivery times may vary during national holidays. 

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been send, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link that you can use to track the progress of your delivery.

 

How should I wash my scarf?

Wash the scarf at a professional. Dry wash-only.
